2. New Reviews widget to display feedback
We’ve made improvements to our Reviews widget so that you can display your hard-earned reviews without any interruptions. We removed some of the unused CSS and JavaScript coding for a more lightweight widget that has been enhanced for better performance. This leaner widget delivers lightning-fast load times and a seamless browsing experience for site visitors.
Plus, after testing their Google Lighthouse Score with and without Yotpo widgets, they noticed that their score was not impacted.
Aside from being optimized for site speed, our new Reviews widget is also easier to use and customize, enhanced for SEO, and it adheres to ADA guidelines.
3. Automated Reports to track feedback
Our Automated Reports make it easy for your brand to keep track of changes to your star ratings and overall reviews performance by proactively sending updates directly to your inbox on a recurring basis. With these Automated Reports, your team can take action quickly and respond accordingly.

4. Access to Insights to analyze feedback
