With our enhanced Shopify POS integration, sales associates can redeem loyalty points without ever having to exit the checkout page, creating a flawless omnichannel experience for your customers.
When a sales associate goes to check out a customer in-store, the customer’s point balance and available redemption options will appear directly within the checkout screen beneath the “Rewards & Referrals by Swell” card.
The integration is fully responsive as well — if store associates remove a redemption, the customer’s point balance will automatically adjust accordingly.
The overall effect? A smoother, more pleasant user experience for both sales associate and customer, minimizing the time spent at checkout.
