Product Blacklist allows you to prevent specific products from appearing in Yotpo emails and widgets.

The Problem

Just because a product exists in your product catalog doesn’t mean it’s active. Here are a few examples of inactive products that might be problematic for your business to promote:

Out of Stock or Discontinued Products – Products irrelevant now or in the future.

Sample Products – They have a product ID, but aren’t really products.

Seasonal Products – Items to promote in the Winter, not the Summer.

It makes no sense to send review requests for these ‘products’ and promote them to your shoppers.

The Solution

Yotpo’s Product Blacklist lets you temporarily or permanently exclude products from review requests and distribution channels.

When you add a product to the Blacklist, no review requests will be sent out for that product. Reviews for the product will be excluded from automated placements in the Reviews Carousel, Dynamic Yotpo Ads, Automated Social Push, Visual UGC Gallery and more.

Products can easily be added and removed to the blacklist by uploading a CSV in the Yotpo Admin.
