We are excited to announce that Swell Rewards is now officially Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.

In today’s competitive eCommerce landscape, building a brand is hard, and working with uncoordinated technology providers only aggravates the challenges. This transition has been a deliberately gradual process that we’ve been working on behind the scenes since Yotpo acquired the Swell loyalty app back in 2018.

Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals has already seen rapid product development, including new performance dashboards, predictive analytics-driven segmentation, paid membership programs, and more all in the past few months. Now, brands will be able to create one-of-a-kind customer experiences within the Yotpo eCommerce marketing platform.

Here are just a couple examples of functionalities your brand can leverage with Yotpo: 

  • Create segments based on both sentiment and loyalty program engagement. For example, ask for referrals from VIP customers who have left multiple positive reviews. 
  • Reward customers for photo and video submission with reviews. Collect more high-quality, high-converting user-generated content by awarding customers with bonus points for uploading photos and videos with their reviews.
