We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Email group.
We are a passionate, professional, and enthusiastic team that collaborates closely with teams across the company to lead high-impact, strategic features. What You’ll Do:

Lead a strong team in a fast-paced environment.

Own a critical domain essential to Yotpo Email’s success.

Design and implement scalable, high-quality features.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and other development teams.

Mentor engineers in their day-to-day work and professional growth.

Take an active role in the group leadership, driving broad initiatives and contributing to strategic decisions.
Your Experience:

5-7 years in software development, including 2-4 years as an R&D Team Leader.

Strong backend and frontend development skills.

Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.

Background in quality assurance and automation.
Advantage:

Experience with React, Angular.

Experience with Java Spring Boot & AWS.

Experience building high-scale, cross-team solutions.
