Cupshe’s goal is to inspire “confidence and beauty through redefined and affordable fashion.” They sell trendy designs at factory prices, offering young women fashion for the right price. Their success is largely due to their heavy emphasis on branding. They believe in building the Cupshe experience into every interaction a customer has with their brand.
As Cupshe prepared to expand their international presence and enter the US market, they needed to customize their site to match the American shopping experience, while still retaining their brand identity throughout the buyer journey. Cupshe also needed to create relevant content for English-speaking consumers that would help them build trust and communicate with a new audience.

BVAccel helped Cupshe move into the US market successfully and build a strong international brand. In just a year, US traffic to Cupshe’s website jumped up by 83% and their US sales increased by 101%.
By implementing Yotpo, BVAccel helped Cupshe to generate over 146,000 reviews and leverage social proof to build trust and sales. Not only do 40.6% of Cupshe’s customers interact with Yotpo reviews and photos while shopping, but those who do have a 10% higher average order value and spend 99.5% longer on site than those who do not.
