STRATEGY
When Trinity Road switched to Stamped.io, they saw a sales drop on top products due to missing reviews. They quickly realized how essential reviews are in guiding customers’ purchasing decisions.
RESULT
To increase conversions, Trinity Road switched back to Yotpo Reviews. The company prominently showcased customer reviews on their website and integrated them into their SEO and PPC campaigns, successfully driving conversions back up.
STRATEGY
The Trinity Road team knew they had happy shoppers, but they didn’t have the tools to bring them back for a 2nd purchase at scale. Continuing to send 10% off coupons to customers isn’t a sustainable, or effective solution longterm to support all of their retention efforts.
RESULT
In working with the Yotpo team to curate a loyalty program that would incentivize first time customers to come back for a 2nd purchase, Trinity Road saw their RPR increased from 15% to 55%, and drove almost 11% of their total revenue with their loyalty program.
