Laura Doonin, Commercial DirectorWe’re looking for a driven Retention & Lifecycle Manager to join our Marketing team and help support our retention and lifecycle marketing efforts in partnership with our Director of Lifecycle & Retention. In this role, you’ll help craft engaging customer journeys to reduce churn, optimize email and SMS channels, and help bring strategies that increase repeat rate to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor channel KPIs, and continuously look for ways to create a best-in-class retention program. This role reports into the Director of Lifecycle & Retention.
