ZaneRay Helps Black Diamond Bring their Brand Experience to Life
Black Diamond’s loyal customers are not only fans of the brand, they’re a tight-knit community of outdoor enthusiasts. To harness this passion, Black Diamond was looking to revamp their site and allow customers to truly experience their brand beyond simply making purchases. They partnered with The ZaneRay group, who created a headless BigCommerce website that includes animated pages and explicitly provides two paths upon site entry: “Shop” and “Experience.”
Black Diamond had invested heavily in brand stories and content, but they were lacking a platform to present those stories in a dynamic way onsite. ZaneRay recommended Yotpo’s solutions for Reviews and Visual UGC to integrate brand stories into the overall shopping experience, allowing shoppers to get in on the conversation themselves and fostering community and trust. Zaneray integrated Yotpo to display average star ratings at the category level, providing shoppers with valuable information as they browse between products, and implemented custom filters to help shoppers easily find reviews with critical information.
