Corra increases customer engagement and conversions for SuperATV with UGC powered by Yotpo
SuperATV’s primary goal in partnering with Corra was to improve the quality of customer engagement through a strategic UX overhaul. This included a mobile-first, future-proof PWA that would offer a rich offline experience when riders were in the field with little to no internet connection. They used three Yotpo solutions to achieve their objective:
- Yotpo Reviews & Ratings enables customers to share their experiences and expand on the quality and durability of parts purchased with fellow riders, broadening their current audience while reaching new customers.
- Visual UGC helps the SuperATV marketing team capitalize on the comments and reviews published by customers on social media and showcase them at key customer touch points.
- Finally, SuperATV is working to improve customer return and retention rates by introducing a loyalty program powered by Yotpo Loyalty.
Conversion rates and customer engagement have grown considerably with Yotpo Reviews & Ratings and Visual UGC. Since its launch, SuperATV has seen a 6.8% increase in reviews overall and a high adoption rate on mobile. Their significantly faster PWA mobile-first experience has driven 74% of reviews in total. Moreover, the brand’s visitor impression rate has doubled, with 8% of users who viewed photos clicking through.
