Review requests should be customized, relevant, and timely to demonstrate the same meticulous care and attention to detail that initially won the customer over.
But until recently, brands were confined to a “one size fits all” approach regarding review requests. All customers received the same generic request template a few days after their purchase - regardless of their product or purchase history.
We revolutionized the review process by introducing Advanced Review Flows. With this feature, tailor review experiences based on various criteria such as customer purchase frequency, specific products purchased, and customer satisfaction levels.

Let’s take a look at a few examples.
Some of your products may require more time for noticeable results, while others are instantaneous. The solution? Set up review requests after 21 days for some products and 14 days for others. Bonafide Health, a women’s supplement brand, was one of the first adopters of Advanced Review Flows. They set up strategic time delays for specific products with varying intervals for customers to feel results. And, it’s all automated, triggering the best review requests for each skew.
Go beyond the review request with advanced post-review flows. Automate follow-up actions based on the customer’s star rating. If a customer leaves a 3-star review or less, the automated follow-up can include support information to help resolve their issue.
Or, say you have a loyal customer whose purchased three times. She will receive a personalized review request email, recognizing her as a loyal customer. After loving the product, she leaves a 5-star review.
This is the perfect opportunity to trigger an automated flow thanking her for the review and inquiring if she’d be interested in setting up an ongoing subscription for the product she’s purchased and loved.
