These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the “Walk Away” promotional campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Yotpo Inc., 233 Spring Street, Fl 6, New York City, New York 10013, United States (“Yotpo”).
1. Eligibility The participation in the Campaign is open to businesses that meet all of the following criteria:
Eligible participants must be representatives of these businesses and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry.
2. Campaign Entry To participate in the Campaign, participants must register for and attend a demo session hosted by Yotpo. The demo session must be attended in full, with a minimum duration as specified by Yotpo. After attending the demo, participants must reply to a follow-up email from Yotpo with their shoe size and provide feedback on the demo by answering a question.
3. Campaign Period The Campaign begins on July 9, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024, or when the inventory of gifts runs out, whichever occurs first. Yotpo reserves the right to adjust the Campaign period based on the results of the campaign.
4. Evaluation and Selection of Awardees Entries will be evaluated based on the depth of insight demonstrated in the feedback, including detailed explanations and examples regarding the challenges faced and the proposed solutions. Awardees will be selected by Yotpo’s marketing experts. The current intention is to have 100 awardees, with the possibility of increasing the number of awardees at Yotpo’s sole discretion.
5. Gifts The gift consists of a pair of branded shoes designed for the “Walk Away” campaign. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Shoe sizes cannot be changed once submitted. The gift will be delivered to any location where Yotpo’s delivery service operates, subject to country-specific restrictions.
6. Notification and Acceptance Awardees will be notified by email and asked to provide their shoe size and delivery address. Awardees must respond within 14 business days of receiving the notification email. If an awardee does not respond within this timeframe, Yotpo may, at its discretion, either select an alternative awardee or cancel the gift.
7. Legal Disclosures No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in this Campaign. The provision of feedback does not guarantee receipt of a gift. Awardees are responsible for any potential tax implications associated with receiving the gift. Yotpo is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the Campaign or the acceptance or use of any

8. General Conditions Yotpo reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time. Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved under the laws of the State of New York and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these Terms and any decisions made by Yotpo, which are final and binding in all respects.
