The Yotpo Key Accounts team works with the largest, most influential brands to inspire and sell captivating customer experiences in an eCommerce world. The Key Account Executive is a strategic, relationship-focused role responsible for managing the full commercial relationship with our top clients. We are looking for a highly motivated, exemplary communicator who can articulate our platform vision and value proposition and identify and pursue growth opportunities across our portfolio of products.
In addition to having excellent sales skills, the Key Account Executive is adept at cultivating relationships with C-level executives to influence their long-term technology and business decisions. The right individual thinks strategically and analytically about business, products, sales, and technical challenges and creatively builds and conveys compelling value propositions to drive alignment and overcome barriers.
You will:
- Manage the full commercial relationship with Yotpo’s top clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals through retention, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to deliver tailored solutions that drive client value.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and executive briefings to showcase value, address concerns, and align on strategic priorities.
- Identify growth opportunities within the account and develop proposals that address client needs and drive expansion.
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address potential risks to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years proven experience as a Key Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or eCommerce environment
- Strong track record of managing and growing large, strategic accounts.
- Expertise in conducting a thorough and effective discovery process to uncover client needs and align solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies and drive decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Base salary $100,000 – $120,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.
Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
