We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help us design, support, and execute people-related strategies. Joining our global HR team means joining a company full of energy and momentum, with exciting opportunities to grow alongside us as we continue to expand.
As an HRBP, you will play a key role in making Yotpo an amazing place to work. You’ll collaborate with leaders to prioritize strategic people-related initiatives that align with business needs and goals, designing solutions that place people at the center of our success.
The ideal candidate will address the business challenges and needs with creativity, will have the ability to work independently and engage others, see the big picture with a hands-on approach, and have excellent communication skills.
You Will:
- Act as a trusted adviser to employees and leadership teams; understand the pulse of our business to proactively identify organizational needs and propose solutions.
- Partner with leadership and employees to provide guidance on career pathing, performance management, talent development, team building, org changes, etc.
- Lead the full employee life cycle: onboarding to offboarding including operational aspects.
- Lead employee retention efforts, and people experience; create innovative ways to make Yotpo a great place to work.
- Utilize employee engagement data to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention.
- Partner with the HR Functions to deploy and execute projects such as: workforce planning, employee engagement, training and development, etc.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Experience working in and supporting complex, global matrix organizations and teams
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Team building and team development capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and full proficiency in English
