𝙸 𝚍𝚒𝚍𝚗’𝚝 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚏𝚊𝚛 𝚝𝚘 𝚘𝚗𝚕𝚢 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚏𝚊𝚛. The phrase I have to tell myself lately 👆🏼 2020 was hard for a lot of people. Especially for small business owners like myself. I suffered a major set back at the eleventh hour of 2020 which was the icing on the cake for an already difficult year. I write this post because I want to always maintain transparency. I cried. I cried a lot. I complained, I said “this isn’t fair”. I also said “I didn’t come this far to only come this far”. As 2021 begins, I have also begun foraging a new path for my future. When one door closes, another opens. Not all bad things that happen need to be viewed as set backs, but as stepping stones to a better future.
